Join us for an afternoon on the picturesque shore of the Damariscotta River estuary at UMaine’s Darling Marine Center. Prospective students and their families will get an inside look at the waterfront laboratories where marine sciences students may spend a semester or summer engaged in hands-on courses and independent research. The Darling Marine Center is home to more than 40 year-around faculty, staff, and students and is a critical platform for teaching and learning by School of Marine Sciences faculty and other marine and environmental researchers from UMaine and around the world.
