The most important thing each of us can do to ensure a successful visit is follow the Office of the Governor’s COVID-19 Response and the Maine CDC’s health and safety requirements.
Under the Moving Maine Forward plan, Maine has shifted its COVID-19 travel policy to automatically exempt all states, unless a state is otherwise determined by the Maine CDC as being high risk. If one or more states see a spike in cases of highly contagious COVID-19 variants, Maine will apply its test or quarantine requirement to travelers to and from that state. The Maine CDC will publicly announce any such states when they are identified.
In addition, face coverings are required for all visitors (age 2 and up) while inside campus buildings. They are not required while outside.
